Spice Routes is a four-hands dining event at Copper Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop in Ubud, bringing together Executive Chef Jo Petrus of Copper and Chef Donald of Seminyak Kitchen to celebrate the depth and diversity of Southeast Asian cuisine. Taking place only one night, this limited-time collaboration is served à la carte, featuring eight signature dishes—four from each chef—showcasing flavors inspired by Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
